Purchased for my soon to be 18 year old daughter. When I received and started reading, I couldn't believe how perfect it is!! The topics are exactly what she needs to hear encouragement on, as I'm sure many teen girls do! It's written so well, it reads as if someone who's been there is having a conversation with you! For my daughter, who doesn't quite yet read her Bible much or fully understand God's love and power, it's perfect and easy to understand the way it's worded. It will hopefully bring her lots of encouragement as well as inspire her to look up the verses mentioned, think about the questions and "challenges" and eventually dig deeper into her relationship with God and Jesus Christ!! It was a gift. But well accepted.
I'm a 17 year old girl who was looking for a devotional that will help me grasp a deeper relationship. These devotions are base topics, and great for tweens or new believers. Not quite what I was hoping for. Also, some of the Bible verses are way off, depending on the version. This is a weekly devotional.
Not exactly what we were looking for. We were looking for a daily devotional, this is more of a weekly style.
Love!!! I have read multiple books by Mandy and love every single one of them. She's an amazing twitter! This is a great book for ladies. Focuses on so many daily struggles. I would recommend ANY book that is written by her.
